Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of an industry shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every transit pass held by him has been disposed of.
