Regulation 2, TRAI (Forms of Infrastructure providers) Regulations, 2014 [SBK-DWK]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "infrastructure provider" means a person carrying on the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure; (c) "wireless equipment" means a wireless equipment received, held or disposed of by a infrastructure provider in the course of the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
