Correction of entries.—The District Collector may, on an application made in Form 5 by any operator of a rice mill in a village or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fifteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
