Surrender of certificate.—Every cloud service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of cloud computing services shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every computer resource held by him has been disposed of.
