Safe custody.—Every cloud service provider shall keep every grievance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of cloud computing services is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every grievance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team within forty-five days of the close of each year.
