Application for registration.—Every cloud service provider carrying on the provision of cloud computing services shall make an application for registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form E, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every data breach report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
