Surrender of certificate.—Every hereditary trustee who ceases to carry on the hereditary management of a temple shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Endowments Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every donation receipt held by him has been disposed of.
