Fees.—The fee of one lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Appropriate Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form II; and the Appropriate Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
