Application for registration.—Every trading licensee carrying on the trading of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Commission in Form VII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every test report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
