Application for registration.—Every organiser of a beauty contest carrying on the holding of a beauty contest shall make an application for registration to the Child Welfare Committee in Form I, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every case file held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
