Surrender of certificate.—Every allottee of evacuee property who ceases to carry on the occupation of evacuee property shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every notice of acquisition held by him has been disposed of.
