Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the executive officer of a temple shall apply to the Registrar of Societies in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
