Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a vaccination centre dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Odisha in Form 20-B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every establishment then held; and the Government of Odisha shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
