Rule 21, Himachal Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2014 [SBJ-M45]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a motor transport undertaking shall apply to the Chief Inspector of Factories in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
