Application for registration.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking carrying on the running of a motor transport undertaking shall make an application for registration to the Chief Inspector of Factories in Form I, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
