Correction of entries.—The Chief Inspector of Factories may, on an application made in Form VIII by any owner of a motor transport undertaking or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than twenty-one days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
