Intimation of change.—Every owner of a hazardous installation shall intimate to the National Executive Committee, in Form A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Executive Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
