Periodical return.—Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish to the Excise Appellate Authority, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form E of every licence received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for forty-five days from the date on which it is furnished.
