Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ombudsman under a scheme shall apply to the Council in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
