Safe custody.—Every translator empanelled by the court shall keep every warrant to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the translation of documents for the court is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every warrant so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the High Court within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
