Intimation of change.—Every person resident in India shall intimate to the Export Inspection Council, in Form FC-4 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Export Inspection Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
