Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a houseboat who ceases to carry on the operation of a houseboat shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Heritage Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every tourist held by him has been disposed of.
