Surrender of certificate.—Every rehabilitation professional who ceases to carry on the practice of a rehabilitation profession shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every hostel held by him has been disposed of.
