Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a slaughter house shall apply to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
