Intimation of change.—Every operator of a slaughter house shall intimate to the Commissioner of Food Safety, in Form G and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
