Intimation of change.—Every polling agent shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 2A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
