Application for registration.—Every owner of a lift irrigation scheme carrying on the operation of a lift irrigation scheme shall make an application for registration to the River Basin Authority in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every source of water held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
