Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in antiquities who ceases to carry on dealing in antiquities shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
