Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of beedi workers who ceases to carry on the manufacture of beedis shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
