Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the paying guest accommodation provider shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
