Application for registration.—Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 4, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every fair held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
