Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a common service centre dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Zila Parishad in Form 4, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of buildings then held; and the Zila Parishad shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
