Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a houseboat who ceases to carry on the operation of a houseboat shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
