Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the private body funded by a public authority shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Authority in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
