Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Securities Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Adjudicating Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Securities Appellate Tribunal; and where the Adjudicating Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form IRDA-5 within fifteen days of the succession.
