Surrender of certificate.—Every consent manager who ceases to carry on the management of consent shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every personal data held by him has been disposed of.
