Surrender of certificate.—Every consignor who ceases to carry on the consignment of goods by railway shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Metro Railway Administration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every fare held by him has been disposed of.
