Surrender of certificate.—Every developer who ceases to carry on the development of a Special Economic Zone shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-2A of the manner in which every unit held by him has been disposed of.
