Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the export oriented unit shall apply to the Export Inspection Council in Form ANF-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Export Inspection Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
