Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the business of a travel agent shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every permission held by him has been disposed of.
