Surrender of certificate.—Every retail outlet dealer who ceases to carry on the retail sale of petroleum products shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every connection held by him has been disposed of.
