Application for registration.—Every holder of a Government bond carrying on the holding of Government bonds shall make an application for registration to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 22, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every bond held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
