Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of an open school who ceases to carry on the imparting of education through open learning shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every course held by him has been disposed of.
