Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a dock shall apply to the Industrial Tribunal in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Industrial Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
