Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a mining lease who ceases to carry on mining operations shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every mining plan held by him has been disposed of.
