Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a mining lease dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form K, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every survey map then held; and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
