Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in antiquities who ceases to carry on dealing in antiquities shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every tourist held by him has been disposed of.
