Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Deputy Charity Commissioner in the custody of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Deputy Charity Commissioner; and where the Assistant Charity Commissioner having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form H within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
