Intimation of change.—Every implementing agency shall intimate to the Comptroller and Auditor-General, in Form GFR 21 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
