Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any empanelled consultant dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 41, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every utilisation certificate then held; and the Finance Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
